Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Ranebow is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
